2019-08-02 until 2019-08-04: Leipzig, Germany: This relaxing weekend started with a picnic in the parc Clara Zetkin near our Leipzig office in Forststraße. We started our next day with a breakfast in the inclusion hotel Philippus near Karl-Heine-Straße and the Canal Karl-Heine. After this we had a city tour in a historic tram exclusively for us. The afternoon was also very active with beach volleyball at the Stadthafen Leipzig and a tour in two dragon boats. Of course, we had little races. We enjoyed the evening with good food in the Social Impact lab, a co working space at the Canal Karl-Heine. On Sunday we could decide between a visit of the Zoo of Leipzig or a bike tour around the Cospudener See.
2019-07-13, Wolfratshausen, Germany: The disctrict Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen arranged a vocational training fair "myfuture! Wolfratshausen" on the 13th of July. Our fair stand's staff (Michael Höber and Martina Schmid) wasn't as interesting as our football table, which was all time in use. Besides good IT skills kicker skills are also highly appreciated in our company :) Offers for a dual curriculum, internships and working student jobs were in demand as well as further information on our success in Great Place to Work.One of the visitors is already recuited :)
2019-06-25, Geretsried, Germany: In the end of June 2019 four developers participated in the Alps run company run Geretsried with more than 1,200 others. They reached 33th place among 82 teams, a nice party afterwards was their prize.
2019-03-19 and 2019-04-03 , Munich, Germany: Quality First Software won the first prize in the category "small" IT companies as last year. At the award ceremony Dr. Martina Schmid and Plamen Veselinov represented the company.
QFS also was rewarded as "Best employer of Bavaria" in the category under 50 employees.
2019-03-19 to 2019-03-21, Phantasialand in Brühl, Germany: This year four of our colleagues participated at Javaland conference. They listened to many interesting and exciting presentations and enjoyed the advantage of a conference taking place at a theme park in the evening.
